Products Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Products, the business operations application at https://products.wle710apps.com, operated by White Label Distribution ("WLE," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to Products and its associated workflows, not automatically to every application linked from wle710apps.com.

1. Internal company use

Products is built solely for use by authorized White Label Distribution employees performing company work with company data. It is not offered to the public, customers, or unrelated organizations. Public access to these Terms or the Privacy Policy does not grant access to the application.

These Terms describe the conditions of permitted use of this internal company tool. Employees must use their own approved company accounts, follow company policies, and act within the authority assigned to them. Access is granted and may be removed by the company's administrator. Employees who have questions about these rules should contact the administrator before using an affected feature.

These Terms do not create a customer subscription, require an employee to pay for the application, or authorize an employee to enter agreements or perform business actions outside their assigned role. They do not change employment terms, displace company policies, waive statutory employee rights, or create personal indemnification obligations.

2. What Products does

Products supports production tracking, product-data preparation, inventory setup, laboratory-report processing, and related business workflows. Depending on the features enabled, it may read designated spreadsheets, process submitted files and business email attachments, send import files, create or update records in connected services, record completion status, and prepare production materials.

Available features may change as the application develops. A planned or preview feature is not a promise of availability. Products does not sell products to consumers, process consumer purchases, or provide laboratory testing services.

3. Connected accounts and automation

Only connect accounts, share spreadsheets, submit files, or provide integration credentials that you are authorized to use for the configured workflow. You are responsible for ensuring that your instructions and data transfers are permitted by the company and the applicable third-party services.

When you or an authorized administrator enable an integration or automation, you authorize Products to perform its disclosed, configured actions within the permissions granted. These may include reading business messages and attachments, sending product-import emails, creating inventory or product records, entering extracted laboratory values, and updating completion indicators. Enabled background workflows may operate without a user actively viewing the application and may not require a separate confirmation for every routine action.

Granting a technical permission does not authorize unrelated use of your information. Our use of information remains subject to the configured workflow and our Privacy Policy. We may pause an action when information is missing, conflicting, or outside the supported rules.

You may ask an administrator to disable an automation or integration. Google authorization can also be revoked through your Google Account settings. Disabling access stops future authorized requests but does not automatically undo emails already sent, records already created, or changes already completed.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide information and instructions you are authorized to submit and reasonably believe are accurate.
• Review reported exceptions and promptly report suspected incorrect matches, duplicate actions, or unauthorized activity.
• Protect your account, devices, and credentials, and notify us if access may have been compromised.
• Use Products only for lawful business purposes and comply with applicable requirements governing your operations and connected accounts.
• Maintain the source records and independent records your business requires; Products is not a substitute for the laboratory's official reports or your required recordkeeping systems.
• Obtain the necessary review and approval before using generated artwork or labels for printing or product release.

You must not bypass access controls, attempt to access another user's or organization's data without authorization, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, send unsolicited messages through the application, or submit information you have no right to process or disclose.

5. Results, records, and production materials

Products relies on supplied information, supported document layouts, configured mappings, and third-party responses. Extraction, matching, calculations, and external operations may fail or require correction. A successful software operation does not independently establish that a product or report meets every legal, testing, labeling, or commercial requirement.

Products does not provide legal, regulatory, accounting, or laboratory advice. The company remains responsible for determining whether its products, records, and materials are appropriate for their intended use and for any required professional review.

Laboratory measurements and any configured published-value adjustments should remain distinguishable. Software-generated values do not amend the laboratory's original report. Artwork generated by the application requires review before printing. An inventory or product record does not by itself authorize the sale, distribution, or release of a product.

6. Privacy and information handling

Our Privacy Policy explains the information Products accesses, how it is used and shared, retention practices, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Products' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and the applicable Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy. Nothing in these Terms expands our rights to use Google user data beyond those restrictions or the permissions you grant.

Do not send passwords, API keys, or authorization tokens to the support email. Use the approved protected connection process.

7. Ownership and permission to process content

Company business records, files, artwork, and other materials remain the property of White Label Distribution or their applicable owners. Employees may submit or connect only company data they are authorized to process, including materials the company is licensed or otherwise entitled to use. Products processes this information on behalf of the company for authorized operations. These Terms do not grant the company ownership of unrelated personal information or enlarge its rights in third-party content. Processing remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable Google user-data restrictions.

WLE and its licensors retain their rights in the application software, interface, and other materials they provide. Subject to these Terms and administrator approval, you may use Products for your authorized business work. Generated output does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, artwork, fonts, or other materials that you do not otherwise have permission to use.

8. Third-party services

Products uses or connects to services such as Google, Google Cloud, Supabase, SaasAnt, QuickBooks, Sortly, and LeafLink. Their availability, permissions, limitations, fees, and terms are controlled by their respective providers. Company administrators manage the required business accounts and subscriptions; these Terms do not make individual employees responsible for their fees.

A third-party outage, authorization expiry, API change, or processing delay may interrupt a workflow. Products may record an action as pending or requiring attention rather than assume it failed or repeat it. Before manually resubmitting an uncertain action, check its recorded status and the destination system to avoid duplicate work.

9. Availability and operational limits

The company may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access to protect company systems, investigate misuse, or meet applicable requirements. Administrators will provide notice when reasonably practicable, although urgent circumstances may require immediate action.

Products is an internal operational tool under continued development. Uninterrupted availability and error-free outputs are not guaranteed. Employees should report errors, follow the company's established review procedures, and use approved fallback processes when the application is unavailable. These Terms do not transfer the company's business risks to employees or exclude legal rights that cannot be waived.

10. Company policies and employee rights

Use of Products is subject to applicable company security, information-handling, records-retention, and employment policies. Nothing in these Terms prevents legally protected activity, lawful reporting to a government agency, or the exercise of statutory employment or privacy rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or personal financial liability on employees.

11. Suspension, termination, and records

You may stop using Products at any time. Administrators may revoke access when it is no longer needed. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or discontinuation of the service.

Stopping use or terminating access does not automatically delete stored business records or reverse actions in connected services. Requests concerning retained information and credentials are handled under the Privacy Policy. Company information-handling obligations and the treatment of completed actions and retained records continue where applicable after access ends.

12. Changes, questions, and disputes

We may update these Terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the application or another appropriate channel. Changes will not retroactively expand authorization for completed actions or override consent requirements. Where required, we will request renewed acceptance before continued use of an affected feature.

If you have a question or dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and any valid separate agreement determine legal rights and the appropriate forum. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not alter an employee's separate employment agreement.
